STEP 1
INITIAL CONSULTATION
We begin with a personal phone call to understand your vision, goals, budget, and timeline. This discovery conversation sets the foundation for our first in-person meeting.
STEP 2
DIAMOND EDUCATION
Next, we guide you through the 4Cs: Cut, Color, Clarity & Carat weight. Providing clear insights into diamond pricing and value empowers you to make a confident and informed choice for your perfect diamond.
STEP 3
CONCEPT AND DESIGN DEVELOPMENT
We refine the design concept and vision. We discuss and understand your preferred diamond and design details, ensuring everything is aligned before sourcing, selection, and production begins.
STEP 4
STONE SELECTION
You’ll have the opportunity to compare loose diamond options and through the Solow education process be able to make an informed decision that allows you to select that perfect stone that "speaks to you".
STEP 5
PRODUCTION PHASE
Once the design is approved, our master jewelers begin crafting your piece in our New York City workshop. Every element is executed with care and precision, with every step of the way overseen by Solow.
STEP 6
FINAL QUALITY CHECK AND DELIVERY
Your finished piece undergoes a thorough quality inspection before it leaves our workshop. We then coordinate secure delivery or a private handoff based on your preference. Nothing is presented to a client that is not perfect.
