At Solow & Co., every order is handled with the utmost care and discretion. Whether you’re purchasing a bespoke creation or an in-stock piece, our team ensures secure, timely, and fully insured delivery from our hands to yours.
1. Domestic Shipping (United States)

Shipping Method: All orders are shipped via a fully insured and trackable service (typically FedEx Priority Overnight or UPS Next Day Air), requiring a signature upon delivery.

Processing Time: In-stock items typically ship within 2–3 business days after order confirmation. Custom or made-to-order pieces will ship upon completion and final quality inspection.

Delivery Time: Most domestic orders arrive within 1–2 business days once shipped.

Shipping Charges: Complimentary insured shipping is provided on all domestic orders. Expedited delivery or special arrangements are available upon request.
2. International Shipping

Availability: We offer international shipping to select countries. Please contact us directly to confirm availability and timelines for your region.

Customs & Duties: International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and import fees, which are the responsibility of the recipient. Solow & Co. is not responsible for delays due to customs clearance.

Shipping Method: All international shipments are insured and trackable, with delivery times ranging from 3–7 business days depending on destination.
3. Order Tracking & Confirmation
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number and shipping confirmation email. All packages are insured for the full value of the item and require a signature upon delivery to ensure safe receipt.
4. Delivery Assurance & Packaging
Every piece is carefully packaged in secure, tamper-evident materials and discreet outer packaging to protect both the item and your privacy. For high-value items, additional verification and security measures may be required prior to shipment.
5. In-Person Pickup or Delivery
For select clients and custom orders, private in-person delivery or secure office pickup in New York City may be arranged by request. Please contact us at josh@solowco.com to coordinate.
