Return Policy

At Solow & Co., every piece is crafted or selected with the highest attention to detail, quality, and personalization. As a result, most of our jewelry is made to order or customized, and we ask that clients review the following return policy carefully.
1. Custom and Made-to-Order Jewelry
All custom designs, personalized items, or made-to-order pieces are final sale and non-returnable. This includes engagement rings, special stone selections, custom design work, and any jewelry that has been altered or resized per client request.
We stand behind the quality of our craftsmanship and will address any issues related to defects or production errors.
2. In-Stock and Ready-to-Ship Items
Eligible in-stock items may be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery, provided that:

The item is in original, unworn condition

All original packaging, certificates, and documentation are included

The item has not been resized, altered, or customized in any way

The return is authorized in writing prior to shipment
3. Return Process
To request a return or exchange:

Email josh@solowco.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and reason for return

If approved, you will receive return instructions and a secure shipping label

The item must be shipped back using the provided label and must be fully insured

Upon receipt and inspection, we will notify you of acceptance and process your refund or exchange accordingly
Please note: Solow & Co. reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above criteria.
4. Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days of receiving the returned item. Shipping fees, insurance charges, and any third-party processing costs are non-refundable.
5. Gift Returns
If you received an item as a gift, please contact us directly to explore options for an exchange or store credit, subject to the same return conditions above.
