INITIAL CONSULTATION
We begin with a personal phone call to understand your vision, goals, and timeline. This discovery conversation sets the foundation for your one-of-a-kind piece.

DIAMOND EDUCATION
Next, we guide you through the 4C’s: cut, color, clarity, and carat. We help you make confident, informed choices while providing clear insights into diamond pricing and value.
STEP 3
CONCEPT AND DESIGN DEVELOPMENT
Together, we refine the concept by confirming the desired stone type , style preferences, and design details. This stage ensures everything is aligned before sourcing begins.
STEP 4
STONE SELECTION
You’ll have the opportunity to compare options and through the Solow education process be able to make an informed decision that allows you to pick the perfect stone for your piece
STEP 5
PRODUCTION PHASE
Once the design is approved, our jewelers begin crafting your piece in our New York City workshop. Every element is executed with care and precision, with every step of the way overseen by Solow.
STEP 6
FINAL QUALITY CHECK AND DELIVERY
Your finished piece undergoes a thorough quality inspection before it leaves our workshop. We then coordinate secure delivery or a private handoff based on your preference. Nothing is presented to a client that is not perfect.
